Keep the leather hydrated (Essential cream or conditioner), leather is a skin that must be hydrated to prevent it from drying out or cracking. Clean them frequently and prevent dust or dirt from accumulating, as their color may change. Dry immediately with a slightly damp cloth if they get wet due to rain or another cause (do not use a hair dryer, they should be dried outdoors in a covered place.) The consumer may directly request the exchange of the good or the refund of the money, when the good cannot be repaired. In the event that it is repairable, only in the event of a repeat failure, taking into account the nature of the good and the characteristics of the defect, may a new repair be requested, the exchange of the good for another of the same kind with similar characteristics, which in no case may be inferior to those of the product that gave rise to the guarantee or the return of the money.
